The Working Class Is Under Siege

While corporations automate and offshore, working people — the welders, the truck drivers, the machinists — are being left behind. Nobody is fighting for them. Until now.

Blue-collar businesses are closing at alarming rates — not from failure, but from a lack of succession planning and capital access. We acquire them to save the jobs inside.

Automation is real, but so is resilience. Trade skills cannot be replicated by AI. We train workers in the skills that will always be in demand.

Access to capital is the gap. Small business owners can't grow without micro-loans. Workers can't retrain without scholarships. We close both gaps.

Our Mission

The Works Suite

Nine specialized programs, one relentless mission: protect the people who keep this world running.

WorksAcquire

We acquire blue-collar businesses on the verge of closure — keeping jobs intact and workers employed by finding strategic buyers and new ownership models.

WorksManufacture

We fund the launch and expansion of domestic manufacturing facilities using government grants and private capital — creating jobs and rebuilding American production.

WorksAcademy

Vocational training in the trades that AI can never replace — welding, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and more. Real skills. Real careers. Real wages.

WorksBridge

Connecting skilled tradespeople and manufacturing workers to employers across the US and internationally — building the pipelines that move people into good jobs.

WorksFund

Micro-loans and financial support for small business owners who can't access traditional banking — giving them the capital to survive, grow, and hire.

WorksWomen

Breaking down barriers for women entering the skilled trades — training, mentorship, placement, and a community of women proving every day they belong on the job site.

WorksVet

Veterans already have the discipline, the work ethic, and the grit. We give them the civilian trade credentials and job connections to translate that into a great career.

WorksForward

Retraining displaced workers and those over 50 who've been pushed out by automation or layoffs — giving them new skills and a path back to good-paying work.

WorksRecover

When a small business hits crisis — debt, legal trouble, cash flow collapse — we connect them with lawyers, accountants, and financial advisors who know how to help.

The Backbone of America

We serve the workers that built this country — and who keep it running every single day.
